ReviewResponder
Reply to every customer review in your agency’s voice.
ReviewResponder is the reactive layer of a Werkshaft retainer. ContentDrafts pushes a monthly deliverable into the calendar; ReviewResponder catches the conversation the moment a customer lands a review — on Google, Trustpilot, G2, App Store — and drafts a reply in your agency's voice, with the right tone band and an escalation flag when a human needs to weigh in. Same white-label tenant, same brand surface, same flat partner fee; one agent is scheduled, the other is always on.
Reactive agent · paired with scheduled ContentDrafts · sold under your agency’s retainer
Before · Raw customer review
“I booked a 10:00 AM appointment and still waited nearly 40 minutes before anyone called me back. The staff was kind once I got in, but the delay made it hard to trust the booking time.”
Unedited input from a connected review channel, ready for a brand-aware read.
After · ReviewResponder draft
Thank you for taking the time to share this. You are right to expect a smoother arrival, and a 40-minute wait after booking a 10:00 AM appointment is not the experience we want to provide. We would like to look into what happened and make it right — please send us a direct message with your appointment details so our office manager can follow up personally.
Drafted for Google Business Profile; routed to a human for approval before sending.
Agent spec
What goes in. What comes out. What you ship.
The three fields every Werkshaft partner signs off on before a ReviewResponder tenant goes live. No abstract “AI-powered” label — the input the agent accepts, the envelope it returns, and the connector payload it ships.
Input
A raw customer review — text, star rating, source channel, and any prior context the platform exposes. Pushed in by your review-source connector or pasted by an account manager.
Output
A brand-aligned response draft, a tone band (warm / neutral / apologetic / firm), and an `escalate: true|false` flag forwarded to your CRM when the customer read warrants a human pass before reply.
Deliverable format
A structured envelope: draft body, recommended tone, escalation flag, and the connector payload to post the reply back to the source channel. Every draft is logged to the partner run history with the raw review for audit.
Trade-offs vs ContentDrafts
The same retainer, a second agent on the other side of the reply.
| Axis | Agent | What it means for your retainer |
|---|---|---|
| Cadence | ContentDrafts | Scheduled monthly — drafts a deliverable bundle on a fixed retainer rhythm. |
| Cadence | ReviewResponder | Always on — drafts a reply the moment a review lands, no calendar slot needed. |
| Trigger | ContentDrafts | Your account manager — runs when the agency sends a monthly brief. |
| Trigger | ReviewResponder | The customer — runs when a new review hits a connected channel. |
| Human pass | ContentDrafts | Editorial review before the bundle ships to the client. |
| Human pass | ReviewResponder | Smart-routed — auto-send on warm/neutral bands, escalation handoff on apologetic/firm. |
